DELIVERY & RETURNS
We are not able to guarantee arrival dates for international postage. Customers shopping with us are agreeing to do so within the current state of affairs and understand and accept any delays that might occur in the fulfilment of their orders.Furthermore, regulations regarding customs and extra charges on the EU border are yet unclear and we cannot confirm how these will occur. In the case of any charges, at the moment, these are of the customers responsibility.International shipping orders are sent using either Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed, Parcel Force or UPS. Countries where customs might occur are of the responsibility of the customer.
In the UK STRANGELY ENGLISH parcels are sent either by Royal Mail or Hermes Next Day Delivery. Please note that a Signature is required upon receipt.
Your unique Tracking reference code is sent to you in an email once your Strangely English parcel is on it’s way to you. Terms and Conditions are that we are not responsible for any loss incurred in an instance where an erroneous delivery address is submitted to us.
We do not send parcels to PO Boxes.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with the goods you have purchased for any reason, you may return the items within 14 working days from receipt of your order.All goods must be returned in their original packaging and in unworn/new condition with the returns tag attached. All costs related to postage for returns will be borne by the buyer, unless the goods supplied were faulty. Returned goods must be sent using a tracked & insured delivery service. A signature from the seller representative is required to confirm receipt, as title for ownership shall remain with the buyer until such time. Once we have received the goods we shall start the refund or replacement. We will refund the full cost of the product purchased excluding any postage incurred.

All products are checked thoroughly prior to dispatch to ensure that they are neither damaged nor faulty. Should you receive your order in a damaged state, please take a photo of the product and email us at email@example.com where we will be able to help you with issue.
