We are not able to guarantee arrival dates for international postage due to continuing issues with COVID & new customs checks (EU). Customers shopping with us are agreeing to do so within the current state of affairs & understand & accept any delays that might occur in the fulfilment of their order. Customs & vat rules on the EU border changed from the 1st January 2022 & as a result of these changes we will now attach an invoice via document wallet to your parcel along with a completed CN22A with our EORI export number. In the case of any charges (customs & vat) these are the customers responsibility. International shipping orders are sent using either UPS or Royal Mail tracked & signed-for. In the UK Strangely English/English Eccentricity parcels are sent either by UPS/DPD Next Day Delivery. Please note that a signature is required upon receipt. Your unique tracking reference code is sent to you in an email once your Strangely English/English Eccentricity parcel is shipped. Terms & Conditions are that we are not responsible for any loss incurred in an instance where an erroneous delivery address is submitted to us. We do not send parcels to PO Boxes.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with the goods you have purchased for any reason, you may return the item/s within 14 working days from receipt of your order. All goods must be returned in their original packaging & in unworn/new condition with the returns tag attached. All costs related to postage for returns will be payable by the buyer, unless the goods supplied were faulty. Returned goods must be sent using a tracked & insured delivery service. A signature from the sellers representative is required to confirm receipt, as title for ownership shall remain with the buyer until such time. Once we have received the goods we shall initiate a refund or replacement. We will refund the full cost of the product purchased excluding any postage incurred.
