Google Analytics collects the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit the website. We only use the information we get from Google Analytics to maintain & improve our website’s technical performance. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with personally identifiable information.

Delivery Policy

All of our parcels are sent either via Royal Mail Special Delivery or Hermes & both services are fully tracked & insured. Please be aware that a signature is required upon receipt. International destination orders are sent using Parcel Force. Your unique Tracking reference code is sent to you via email by us once your parcel is on it’s way to you. Please take every care when placing your order to provide us with an accurate delivery address. English Eccentricity parcels are sent to the delivery address provided & our terms are that we will not be responsible for any loss incurred in an instance where an erroneous delivery address is submitted to us. Please be aware that we do not send parcels to PO Boxes. Also please note that when payment is made using PayPal we only send parcels to “Confirmed” addresses.

Returns Policy

We aim to show the highest quality images of products to give you the best possible reflection of the item you are purchasing. If you are not satisfied with the goods you have purchased for any reason, you may return them within 14 working days from receipt of your order. All goods must be returned in their original packaging & in unworn new condition with the returns tag attached. All costs related to postage for returns will be borne by the buyer, unless the goods supplied were faulty. Returned goods must be sent using a tracked & insured delivery service. A signature from the seller representative is required to confirm receipt, as title for ownership shall remain with the buyer until such time. Once we have received the goods we shall initiate the refund or replacement.
